• Each country will do the work of “Traditional Instruments” to introduce them
Each country must prepare a description, with historical background, of at least 5 traditional instruments of its country; if it is possible, partner has to prepare a video with this description and has to attach to it pictures of the musical instrument described. Each partner is free to choose type of music connected to the instrument selected. CEIPES will divide the number of instruments with CCIP since they are both Italian partners
• By the presentation of created animation character, music terms and note instructions will be given to individuals in a fun way
Turkish partner will use the national network named EBA and its content in training slow learner students.
• Music lexicon work will be realized (Basic Music Knowledge)
• Live performance activities will be planned
• Publication of amateur compositions of learners’ in website
• With programs used musical phrases will be presented in accurate and understandable way to learners and trainers.

2- Each partner’s description must be sent to KONAK through new accounts’ mailing list given by KONAK.

Agenda item # 2
Training courses
1-Each partner must create training courses with the help of questionnaires for students aged between16 and 18 years old and for adults. Questionnaires must be used for report activity, i.e. answers given are used to understand which aspect needs to be improved or changed according to results obtained;
2- training courses must be divided into two categories: “ ICT use and learning “ and “ Music learning”;
3- training courses’ duration will depend on the needs of trainees;
4- each partner will organize a seminar with the participation of both volunteers and professionals (computer and music teachers);
5- a minimum of 20-25 questionnaires is required per partner and they must be both in the national language and English since project language is English;
6- name and surname of the trainee will be considered as optional;
7- at the end of training courses, trainees will be awarded a certificate of attendance;
8- it is possible to involve other associations and schools in the project;

Agenda item # 3
Music lexicon
Each partner must translate Music Lexicon (basic music knowledge prepared by KONAK) into its country language and sent to KONAK in order to be uploaded on the website through each partner’s new account in the mailing list.

Agenda item # 4
Music software/ Amateur compositions
Publication of amateur videos by trainees will be created with the use of musical composition programs such as “ FINALE” or other music softwares used by partners. Each composition aims therefore to create a combination of the use of ICT instruments and of music knowledge. Each composition must be sent to KONAK to upload it on the website.

Agenda item # 5
Project website
1-Website must contain logos of the project. Every partner organization must send its ideas to KONAK within two weeks starting from the last day of this meeting;
2- a description of the project in English, given by KONAK, must be translated in each country language;

3- logos of the organizations will be put on the web page and will constitute the direct links to the different websites of organization, just by clicking on it;
4- every partner organization must prepare a self- description in English and send it to KONAK to be uploaded on project’s website.

Agenda item # 6
Dissemination will be realized by :
1- social network platforms ( Facebook, Twitter etc);
2- flyers to be distributed ( each organization must print them and share them);
3- mailing list, especially to authorities, to address participants and possible supporters toward the website.
